The SmallCap Catalyst Newsletter, Volume 4 #16 - July 6, 2006:
Pop N Go, Inc. - Corporate Developments are the Tip of the Iceberg

Whittier, CA- Pop N Go (OTCBB: POPN), operates in the rapidly growing "better for you" segment of the $60 billion vending and snack food service market. Its flagship product is a well-proven, patented hot-air popcorn vending machine which for one dollar delivers a 46 ounce cup of freshly popped popcorn with or without a butter flavored topping. Its two foot by two foot size makes it a natural for inclusion in a wide variety of venues, such as schools, chain stores, military bases, corporate cafeterias, airports, malls, hospitals, convenience stores, drug stores and other chain store retailers.

We aren't kidding about the fact that the vender is a "natural" in the currently suddenly health-conscious snack food industry. Walgreens is currently doing a test program with the popcorn vender. Walgreens is the largest drugstore chain in the US with fiscal 2005 sales of $42.2 billion, 5100 stores and four million customers daily chain-wide.

In 2006, corporate developments have been outstanding. To cope with the demand for its popcorn vender, Pop N Go launched manufacturing in Shanghai, partnering with Shanghai Furong Industry, which is slated to deliver 200 machines in September. Pop N Go CEO Mel Wyman is on record as saying his company is on track to sell 1000 machines this year! They have a retail price tag of $3500 each. Pop N Go and Furong are aiming for production of 500 machines a month in 2007.

This is powerful growth for any small company, but that's not all. In June, Pop N Go acquired majority control of Microwave Roasters Inc. (MRI), whose unique, patented line of microwave snacks have recently been placed in the leading independent supermarket chain in Louisiana and have for some time been for sale in Wal-Mart and Winn-Dixie stores. "The bag is the secret," says Steven Grossman, MRI CEO. "It allows for the efficient cooking of its onion ring, bacon flavored and pork skin snacks and lets people have fun watching the process." These snacks are low in fat, calories and carbs.

Synergies abound between Pop N Go and MRI. Both companies specialize in warm, fresh, healthy snacks. With Pop N Go's financial sponsorship, MRI can expand to meet the demand that it is already experiencing. It is planned that as Pop N Go continues to partner with vending operators for placement of their popcorn vender the vend-pack single servings of MRI products will be introduced to them.

Pop N Go's vendor network is growing by leaps and bounds. The network includes:
  • Gekay Sales, specializing in US military and government locations.
  • Veterans Canteen Services, with hospital locations and 180 canteens.
  • Krawiec Family Ventures, which expects to place 100 popcorn machines in 2006.
  • Miami-Dade County Public Schools, the fourth largest school district in the USA.
  • Vend-ucation, which has just completed a New England regional marketing campaign for the Pop N Go Vender.
  • Food Trading Dominicana, S.A., which plans to expand distribution of the Pop N Go vender throughout the Caribbean and Central America in 2007.
  • Shanghai Furong Industry, which, in addition to manufacturing the vender, is currently in discussions to partner with Pop N Go to market the popcorn machine in China and other countries in Asia. (How's that for an expression of confidence from people who really know the machine?)
  • Several pilot programs with major vending companies are underway. Pop N Go has grown this year in leaps and bounds. But we believe that this is only "the tip of the iceberg" as this company is clearly growing fast and gaining momentum.
What will happen next? We are waiting patiently for the company to provide details about this statement, which appeared in its May 22 announcement: "Pop N Go is working closely with a major international foodservice provider to develop a plan for the installation and sale of their Pop N Go popcorn machine to their large network of education, business, industry and retail locations."

And there's even more to this story: Pop N Go's FlixStix division produces the only single serving popcorn flavorings on the market: popcorn salt, cool ranch, white cheddar, jalapeno, cinnamon & sugar, caramel, sour cream & onion, chocolate and caramel. By now your mouth should be watering for popcorn, and might be watering for this dynamic investment opportunity. In the last 90 days, the stock has appreciated 100% and the volume has increased substantially.
