Pop N Go in Talks to Form Global Marketing Network
With China Manufacturer
Pop N Go, Inc. (OTCBB: POPN), a leading manufacturer of healthy
snack vending machines, and Shanghai Furong Industry Co, Ltd (Furong)
announced the Companies have begun talks aimed at forming a Joint
Venture to market Pop N Go machines globally. The Companies are also in
discussions to manufacture Pop N Go's popcorn vending machine at a new
manufacturing facility that Furong plans to open in Arizona in 2009.
Furong is currently a prime parts supplier for Pop N Go's popcorn
vending machine at its Shanghai facility. Following meetings with Mr.
Frank Lu, Furong's General Manager, at Pop N Go's corporate office, the
Companies have decided to enter into further talks to develop ways to
introduce Pop N Go's patented popcorn vending machine to Furong's
worldwide customer base. Furong has been operating for 20 years selling
its commercial foodservice equipment lineup of 586 products through a
network of 168 sales offices in 30 countries.

base, especially with the strong trend toward healthy snack consumption
