POP N GO Reports Record Profits
Whittier, CA-Pop N Go, Inc. (OTCBB:POPN), a leading manufacturer
of healthy snack vending machines, reported net income of $122,922 for
the three months ended March 31, 2008, the largest quarterly profit in
the Company’s history. In the comparable quarter last year, the Company
reported a loss of $706,802. This year’s results represent an
improvement in net profits of $829,724 over the prior year quarter.
“At the same time we have posted record profits, we note that our stock
is once again on the SHO LIST of stocks which have been subjected to
Naked Short Sales. POPN has been on the list for 10 consecutive trading
days after being on the list for more than 20 consecutive trading days
last month. We will continue to defend our share price from illegal
Naked Shorting. We have already asked the SEC to look into the Naked
Shorting of our stock. We are considering civil litigation against those
involved in Naked Shorting our stock. We are also considering reducing
our convertible debt as a way to counter Naked Shorting and bolster our
share price as our liquidity improves from accelerating equipment
sales,” said Mel Wyman, Pop N Go CEO.
