Pop N Go Receives First Shipment of New Model Popcorn Vending Machines
Whittier, CA- Pop N Go (OTCBB: POPN) is pleased to announce that it has received an initial shipment of 60 popcorn vending machines from its factory in Shanghai, China. An additional 150 machines have been shipped and are expected to arrive at Pop N Go within the next 2 weeks.
"We are very excited to have received our first container of machines and to know that three more containers will be arriving shortly. All machines in this shipment have been spoken for and we have customers eagerly awaiting their delivery starting in a few days. We are expecting delivery of another 200 machines in March. Our California staff is now installing our proprietary electronics at our Whittier, California plant before final shipment to our customers," stated Mel Wyman, Pop N Go’s CEO.
"We expect to install about 50% of the initial 210 machines in Pop N Go managed revenue sharing locations such as schools and hospitals and we are selling the balance of the machines to vending operators and distributors. A wide variety of retail and institutional accounts have been testing our machines in numerous locations during the past 12 months and we are very encouraged by the consumer’s acceptance of our product. The "Better for You" healthy eating trend promises to provide an increasing worldwide demand for our equipment as we fill an important segment of the snack food market. The immediate revenue impact of these first 210 machines will propel Pop N Go into a new era of growing revenues", Wyman said.
